I am an Education Specialist II and am credentialed with the state of California. I specialize in working with students with mild to moderate learning disabilities, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities.
I am also an advocate for parents who are in need of IEP support and guidance.
I started teaching in the public schools in 2004 as an Education Specialist II.
Conducted hundreds of assessments for academics and IEP’s for students.
I was part of the IEP meetings for hundreds of students over the years.
Currently working independently with students in a one to one setting providing educational support in reading, writing, mathematic, socio-emotional, transitional needs and IEP goals.
Can provide academic testing for students using KTEA-2, Brigance and informal testing to determine the students current academic performance.
