Each order was signed into a collective headset system that was trained to each selector's unique voice, this system informed the selector the isle, bay, and slot of each item.

• While following the direction of the collective, to the correct location of the product that needed to be selected it was my job to listen carefully to the quantity and item description of what was needed for the order, this action was repeated until order was completed, wrapped and left on the dock for loaders to fill the trucks.
• When operating the forklift for replenishment of goods in the warehouse, each slot that came up in the system as depleted was shown on a screen connected to the forklift. Upon reading the screen I was informed of the reserve location which was normally a full pallet that needed to be filled in a slot that in turn allowed the selectors to complete the orders in a timely manner.
