I'm a professional with long mileage in the worlds of advertising, publishing, writing, presenting, promising, and delivering what I promise. Twenty-eight years in my community and the same church long ago gave me an extended family who knows my commitment to caring about the feelings, priorities, challenges, losses of others. Much of my life is based on the conviction that others don't care what you know until they know you care.
