I’m an operations-focused professional with over 20 years of experience in project leadership, logistics, and large-scale coordination. While my background started in IT and infrastructure, my role has consistently centered on organizing complex operations, managing timelines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across teams and locations.
In addition to my professional career, I’ve spent several years running large showcase softball events, where I handle scheduling, staffing, and on-site operations. These events involve over 100 teams, multiple fields, and hundreds of athletes and college coaches. I manage full tournament scheduling through TourneyMachine, assign umpire crews across 16–20 fields, and serve as the main point of contact during live events for coaches and staff.
I’ve also been trusted to travel and manage out-of-state events, overseeing facilities and handling real-time challenges such as weather delays, schedule changes, and on-site logistics. I’m comfortable making decisions quickly, communicating clearly, and keeping events running smoothly under pressure.

Event Operations / Site Director – TeamNJ & Nightmare Softball (2018–Present)
Lead on-site operations for large-scale showcase events with over 100 teams, 16–20 fields, and hundreds of athletes and college coaches (D1–D3). Manage full tournament scheduling using TourneyMachine, including real-time updates for teams and staff. Coordinate and assign umpire crews across all fields (2–3 per field), ensuring full coverage for hundreds of games per event.
Serve as the primary point of contact during live events, handling schedule changes, weather-related adjustments, and on-site issues. Selected to travel and manage out-of-state events in Arizona and Florida, overseeing facility operations and resolving issues in real time.
Project Leader / Digital Voice Recording Support – Foundever (1999–2024)
Led large-scale operational and technical projects across multiple locations, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and business units. Managed data center build projects, including primary support for the Ashburn, VA facility. Oversaw system implementations, upgrades, and nationwide deployments, supporting new site launches and ongoing operations.
