• Grew P&G’s dollar share +1.5% and drove total category growth +1.2% during period of SEG reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy
• Oversaw $400K marketing budget on $16M business to achieve expanded share of display, advertisement feature and strategic joint business plans to accelerate sales growth for SEG and P&G
• Directed field based multi-functional team of 4 by creating new systems to virtually collaborate and better engage with SEG
