I have 10+ years of experience with coordinating customer care in the pharmaceutical and health insurance industries. I have worked remotely (and as a hybrid) since the pandemic hit in 2019. I have launched a few specialty medications to the market, working in the hub as a liaison for patients and healthcare professionals. I am accustomed to multitasking and take pride in being detail-oriented.
My recent work experience as a Case Manager entailed assisting patients throughout the process of obtaining new specialty medications. The responsibilities have included enrolling patients in the database and patient assistance programs. In addition, I have assisted healthcare professionals with the prior authorization and appeal process when necessary.
After working as a Care Navigator for Novartis for a year, I took a year off (12/2024 - 11/2025) to complete my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts at Thomas Edison State University. I am now ready to return to the workforce with education to support my experience.
