Computer Technician with over 14 years of experience. Well versed in Windows and Mac. Experienced using Intune, Jamf, and Okta. Fixing and building desktop computers as well as laptops. Entry level at BASH and Python. I have worked in corporate, digital art locations, and school settings so I have been exposed to a wide range of software and web applications. I am passionate about art and tech. When I am in an environment that has both the knowledge I have accumulated over the years can really shine.
I have worked for an art University where I helped maintain, fix and refresh computers. I have worked in corporate environments like Apple where I worked on the computers in the advertising department which was corporate and creative. There I was exposed to using Jamf, BASH, CLI, and SSH. I have been in AI start ups where I had to build 3D capable computers to be put in racks then set up in a co-location server. Being in a School District at Castro Valley I was introduced to Intune and used Jamf as well. There I was in charge of several tasks but fixing Chromebooks was the most usual task where I got to know my way around the inside of a laptop type layout.
My most relevant formal education is my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Since then I have taken classes and gained certificates in Web Development, Jamf, Okta, and Python.
