I have been a butcher for 20 plus years. I currently work in wholesale but would like to spend the rest of my working years in retail before retirement.
I have 20 plus years butchering and cutting beef, hogs, and wild game animals, I have cut to primal muscles and to personal sized cuts for consumption.
20 Years of experience. High school graduate.
