Tribune I served as Freelance Trade Show Coordinator for their early 2023 shows. This involved overseeing as many as four events at once—six altogether—in the US and Canada, working across time zones, hiring temporary staff members for booth assistance, researching previous events to make sure we were under budget compared to previous years, and coordinating with various printer vendors to make sure our magazine—which contained the proceeds from our ad sales—would be distributed at the event.
