I have over 30 years of NYC-based Wall Street experience, largely in Leveraged Finance and M&A. The bulk of my work has been financing private equity platforms in their acquisitions, which includes due diligence, credit analysis and extensive financial modeling.

I have also worked at two separate Credit Funds, identifying, conducting due diligence and structuring the form of Investments for the Fund.
