David Irizarry

I spent more than 20 years working in the manufacturing sector. My career involves overseeing numerous employees on production lines, including those for assembling, packing, machining, and warehouse management.

I managed and led quality control procedures for all of our four locations. I was also responsible for managing the Maintenance Dept., scheduling work orders for our maintenance mechanics, ordering supplies, equipment for the Dept.

I feel that I am a culture champion who builds a strong, people-focused environment while driving exceptional customer experiences.

I’ve managed workgroups of over 75 employees while working as a team with my (5) department supervisors. I was the Safety Director for my company’s (4) locations which included, insuring and enforcing the Health & Safety of all employees by keeping the facilities compliant with all OSHA standards. Filing workers compensation claims and driving CAPA.

Sincerely,

David Irizarry
