Severe/bartender/ type 1 certified technician

I am currently working as a bartender/server. I just graduated from HVAC pinnacle institute boot cam and will officially graduate September 14. I am looking for an apprenticeship that does pay. I am still learning and would love to work behind someone in the field for 6-12 months.
The most experience I have with HVAC is schooling. I also bartend and server, which allows me to be in touch with customers.
My most recent/relevant education is with pinnacle career institut. I just graduated from boot camp and will be graduating the whole program September 14, 2025. I am a certified type 1 technician at the momen.
