I have been in kitchen repair business for 20 plus years.
I worked for WB for 15 years, ran the area during a world pandemic and while I ran it, work orders were completed in a timely manner and zero complaints. Right before I got let go I had gotten a 3% raise and a good review.
I went to Louisiana Tech 40 plus years ago.
