This Job was a family owned business and I was hired from a Family friend. I worked cashier / customer service For 3 and a half months. The Reasoning of No longer working was due to location issues. My experience as a cashier and customer service associate has helped me develop strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills.
I've learned to handle transactions accurately, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment. Interacting with diverse customers has strengthened my ability to build rapport and provide excellent service, while also improving my confidence and attention to detail. These experiences have prepared me to contribute effectively in a team setting and handle responsibilities with professionalism and care.
