As a Field Technician we are responsible for all aspects of Fieldin's product installation and field service in their area This includes installation, configuration, and servicing units with direct client interaction while being compliant with OSHA and industry standards The Field Technician will report to the Operations Manager, and work with peer technicians and the back-office support team. Discovered and resolved issues that affected project outcomes. Installed new equipment and explained operation and routine maintenance protocols to customers.
Operated hand tools and power equipment according to company safety procedures. Tested. troubleshot and calibrated equipment in shop and field
Irrigated citrus trees. Planted crops in fields, helping farmers distribute seeds and plan harvesting schedules. Cleared away animal waste by hosing out operational areas. Determined pest and weed issues and applied pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.
Performed general housekeeping and cleaning tasks. Weeded. thinned. and pruned crops to encourage good growth. Administered medications to animals in treatment and documented changes in condition. Kept animals clean and free of contaminants to promote optimal health
