I am a recently retired career language arts teacher looking for a meaningful, full-time/part time employment opportunity that will allow me to leverage my instructional knowledge for the benefit of your organization. I successfully planned instruction, ran a middle-school classroom, led intra-school departments and committees, and wrote/developed/edited ELA curriculum and tests (reading and writing) on a national level for over 30 years. I specifically am looking for a situation that will allow me to use my accumulated knowledge and writing skills in the area of instruction, writing, and/or proofreading.
The bottom line is that I still feel the need to be creative, to be productive, and to interact with people. I have a LOT of gas left in the tank, and I offer my services to your organization.
