As a certified Embodiment Life Coach, Sujok Therapist, Energy Healer, speaker, and podcast host, I offer a unique fusion of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.

I am the creator of the Inward Journey program, a comprehensive pathway focused on guiding women toward self-acceptance and self-love. My broad coaching spectrum covers 1:1 sessions, group coaching, sacred women's circles, and full-immersion retreats in Costa Rica. Additionally, I offer master classes that blend my technical background with holistic practices, creating an emotionally vibrant yet technically sound workspace.
