I bring to the table over two decades of diverse culinary experience, from commercial kitchens and private home settings to my role as a Catering Sales Manager overseeing banquet events in hotels. I specialize in sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients on a budget without compromising flavor or presentation. Additionally, I excel at designing dynamic, rotating menus that keep meals engaging, varied, and tailored to different tastes and occasions.
I have extensive experience in both front-of-house and back of house as well as hospitality and customer service skills.
