Hands on experience with HPLC, GC, GCMS, LC-MS, MS/MS, size exclusion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, TEM, SEM, optical microscopy, X-Rays, confocal Raman, IR-Raman, for the characterization of API, drug products, impurity Profiling, degradation, kinetics, ELISA, SGS-PAGE, Rheology, DSC, NMR, Microbiology, In-Vitro Release Test (IVRT) and In-Vitro Permeation Test (IVPT)
Responsible for Discovery and Development of analytical/Bioanalytical methods to support pharmacokinetics, toxicokinetic and ADME studies, biomarker study, drug metabolite study, leaching study, binding study in human clinical samples.
Bioanalytical method development and validation using LC-MS/MS for biological sample, metabolite, degradation products
Experienced in method development/validation for API/Raw material/protein/antibodies/ large molecules/ amino acid for approval and regulatory filing.
