Denis Kosaric

A driven mechanical engineering student thrilled to be part of the dynamic world of engineering. Currently enrolled in an exclusive STEM cohort at North Park University, I am dedicated to mastering the intricacies of mechanical engineering and embracing the challenges that come with it.

Throughout my professional journey, I have held diverse roles, ranging from a lifeguard and pool manager to an automobile porter, painter, and audio/electrical technician. In each position, I've built a versatile skill set that extends beyond my specific job responsibilities. My experiences have not only equipped me with the ability to work seamlessly in a team but have also polished my communication skills, allowing me to interact effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.

Serving as a lifeguard and pool manager improved my sense of responsibility and my capacity to lead in high-pressure situations, while my time as an automobile porter emphasized the importance of attention to detail and efficiency. As a painter, I developed precision and creativity in my work, and in my role as an audio and electrical technician, I acquired technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities. My professional journey has enriched me with a diverse skill set and has cultivated my adaptability and leadership qualities in various dynamic environments.

As a current student at North Park University, I am passionate about expanding my knowledge and hands-on experiences. I am honored to be the founder of our school's Formula Society of Automotive Engineers (FSAE) chapter and I am a proud member of our engineering club. These ventures allow me to collaborate with fellow students to explore and apply engineering principles beyond the classroom.
