Seeking a position with a company where I can utilize my physical strength, organizational skills, and problem solving knowledge in order to help improve the productivity and overall operations of an establishment. I am also a continuous learner so I am looking for a business where I can develop my knowledge and skills on a daily basis.

I currently work at Panda Express as a shift lead. Here I maintained a clean and safe environment while managing food quality and safety. I work closely with team in order to elevate standard and run smooth operations.

I implemented cash handling and security policies and procedures. Practice work-ability, intensity and integrity to be a trusted team leader. I am also fully trained in both Back of house and Front of house operations.

I also worked at Lowe’s as a receiving and stocking/ merchandise service associate. I was fully trained to run each department; lumber, outside/garden, flooring, tools/hardware. I also received and unloaded materials and goods while recommending improvements in products and packaging in order to prevent future problems.

I also conferred with customers to provide information about product or services. I upheld high standard in customer satisfaction by ensuring appropriate changes were made to resolve a customer’s problem or concern. I even provided safe and efficient operation of forklift.

Along with dismantling and rebuilding of shelving, bays and displays.

During my schooling I was trained in fire prevention. I also had training for the use of firefighting equipment such as a halligan bar, fire hose, fire hook, and self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA). Additionally I obtained knowledge in the basics of fire tactics and strategy such as apparatus placement, use of attack and support hose lines, ventilation procedures, rescue operations, forcible entry operations, and establishing a command structure.
