I currently work as a Business Coordinator at the University of Miami, where I help keep projects organized and moving forward. My role involves working with different departments to manage budgets, process contracts and payments, coordinate with vendors, and make sure deadlines are met. I focus on keeping communication clear and making sure the details are handled correctly so teams can stay on track.
As an Ecuadorian-American professional, I also bring a personal understanding of both the creative and business sides of the Latin music industry. That background has shaped how I work; adaptable, organized, and comfortable collaborating in fast-paced environments where clear communication matters.
In my role as a Business Coordinator, I handled the day-to-day administrative and financial support that kept projects moving forward. I worked closely with legal, finance, and internal partners to track budgets, process payments, and make sure contracts and paperwork were complete and accurate. I organized and maintained records for ongoing projects, including agreements, invoices, timelines, and deliverables, and made sure information was easy to find when teams needed it. I regularly tracked project progress, monitored deadlines, and helped coordinate the submission of required materials to meet internal standards. I also managed scheduling, vendor communication, and general logistics, including meetings and travel support. The role required constant prioritization, clear communication, and close attention to detail in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
I have a bachelor's in Modern Artistry Development & Entrepreneurship with a minor in Music Industry from the University of Miami which I have used to strengthen my understanding of how music connects to branding, culture, and audience experience.
