I’ve managed day‑to‑day operations, driven revenue growth, and owned client relationships end‑to‑end, which positions me well for customer success or operations-focused roles.
My most relevant education is a combination of hands-on business learning and self-directed study in customer success, operations, and data-driven decision making. This includes ongoing learning in tools like Excel and sports/statistics analysis, which strengthens my analytical and problem-solving skills for customer-facing and operations roles.
I attended Mississippi Valley State University
