Over the last several years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of sales, customer service, and operations, primarily in the hospitality and services space. I’ve managed day‑to‑day operations, driven revenue growth, and owned client relationships end‑to‑end, which positions me well for customer success or operations-focused roles.

My most relevant education is a combination of hands-on business learning and self-directed study in customer success, operations, and data-driven decision making. This includes ongoing learning in tools like Excel and sports/statistics analysis, which strengthens my analytical and problem-solving skills for customer-facing and operations roles.
