Destinie Torres

Hi, my name is Destinie, I am married and have 2 beautiful children. I am every a positive/ motivated person that is very organized. I am a coordinated person. I love to learn new things and explore new options! I am a very active person and am up to a challenge!

My very first office Job (2019) was with a Materials testing warehouse. We tested metals, for example, metal plates, nuts, and screws before they went out in the real world. I did order entry, read Specs and moved up to be in sales and customer service. I also did Order Entry from time to time and Shipping and receiving.

My second Office job (2022) was a receptionist for about 6 months. I helped HR with payroll, vacations, workers comp. I also helped accounting with receiving checks and data entry. After 6 months I moved up to Inventory Specialist.

I kept track of all the incoming coils (metal sheets) and dispatched trucks to receive those coils from the port. I kept track of what coils were coming from what Vessel in an Xcel sheet. I used Excel to keep track of the coils as well.

I had to make sure every coil had the right material and right sticker attached until it had to be used or sold.

High School Diploma. Took computer classes.
