Apparel Associate at Walmart (2021-06 – 2021-08)
In June of 2021, I became a Walmart apparel associate. This position required me to zone and do returns for the area I was in during my shift. Being an apparel associate also meant being put in different departments throughout the store whether it was apparel, celebrations, housewares, toys, etc. This position also gave me the opportunity to learn how to work the register and assist customers.
Seasonal Associate at Hobby Lobby (2021-09 – 2022-01)
I became a seasonal associate at Hobby Lobby in September of 2021. My roles as an associate were to work the register, assist any customers on the floor, or work in a certain department. I would also zone all areas and do any go backs.
Style Consultant at Target (2022-04 – 2022-06)
In April of 2022, I was hired at Target as a style consultant. This meant that I would work in different areas of the style department, but I mainly worked in the fitting room. I would get the go backs from the front (clothing) and I would sort them out in the fitting room. I would damage out any items that needed to be, I would clean up the fitting rooms as well as the mannequins. I would assist any guests on the floor as well as be a backup cashier when it was needed.

In August of 2022, I was hired at Allstate as a receptionist. My roles here are to answer phone calls, file paperwork, assist customers in the office, set up appointments, file claims, and do deposits at the bank.
Patient Financial Service Representative at Yuma Regional Medical Center (2024-06 – Present)
In June of 2024, I became a collector for Yuma Regional Medical Center, now known as Onvida Health. My role as a collector is to review medical claims, ensure patients have the correct coverage on file, making and accepting phone calls from insurance companies and patients, doing proper research and following up on accounts, reviewing payments and submitting claims. My role includes lots of communication with not only my peers but those outside of the organization as well.
