I am an experienced secondary educator and academic leader with more than a decade of experience in international schools across China, Benin, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Spain, and Nigeria. Most recently, I served as Dean of Academics, supporting teachers, overseeing academic programs, working with students and families, and helping build a positive and accountable school culture. My background teaching upper-level high school courses has given me a strong understanding of the academic, social, and developmental needs of adolescents.

I bring extensive experience in staff supervision, professional development, curriculum, student support, conflict resolution, and communication with diverse stakeholders. I believe effective school leadership requires high expectations balanced with empathy, consistency, and strong relationships.
