I've worked in kitchens on and off since I was 17, its the only line of work I can say I truly enjoy. I aim to be quick and efficient in every I do, in and outside of work. I'm focused and tenacious, and always take pride in my work. I'm excellent in the dish pit, I'm a wonderful frycook, and I've recently come into my own as a line manager as well. Ive spent the last year managing Latchkey Deli on Mass street in Lawrence.
I've worked in several kitchens, the first being the most brutal, which set a very good work ethic for my career. I've worked at Marisco's, Boulevard, Yokohama, and most recently Latchkey Deli. I've spent the most time in dish and on fry, but I recently came into a Kitchen Management position, which I excelled with, especially considering the very little guidance or tools I received to get the job done.
I got my GED when I dropped out of Freestate here in Lawrence in 2013
