Duties and responsibilities include
- Completing prep for my shift and the one after
- Completing orders as they appear until closing hour
- Training new crew members in the grill area as well as with food standards
- Maintaining a clean work area and maintaining safe food levels
- Breaking down grill areas for closing and cleaning areas as I break them down
- Cooking food to keep food levels up and waiting when necessary as to not create waste

- Responsible for preparing and serving meals to 30 residents while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

- Ensure food safety standards are met
