I am a Front End Developer and eager to learn new things. I was previously in the customer service and hospitality field and involved in daily problem solving situations. I am now looking to utilize those developed skills in a new way. The switch was a perfect time in my life to have the privilege and ability to switch gears and take a risk!

My background has allowed me to communicate with various people from different backgrounds and problem solve situations. I previously worked on cruise ships with over 60 different nationalities. This allowed me to learn through diverse situations. These traits of problem solving and communication are important to the tech world.

I chose software development in particular to build relationships with others and to expand my personal abilities. There are many people in this profession and it is important to learn from as many people as I can and continue to grow!

As highlighted in my resume, I have experience managing social media channels, organizing events, and driving revenue growth during my tenure as a Taproom Manager at LUKI Brewery. These roles demanded not only technical proficiency but also strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges.

My academic journey at Turing School Software and Design equipped me with a strong foundation in front-end development, which includes proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I have demonstrated my ability to create clean, scalable code and user-friendly interfaces through projects like street eatz, Glam Squad, and GrandMouse. My experience working collaboratively in agile teams has honed my communication and teamwork skills, ensuring I excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
