Over the past 15+ years, I have built experience spanning bookkeeping, finance, payroll, federal income tax, business operations, executive leadership, customer service, entrepreneurship, and the oilfield industry. I have founded businesses, managed corporate finances, worked directly with clients facing complicated financial and tax situations, and spent years learning what it actually takes to keep a business running behind the scenes. Today, much of my professional work centers around something I genuinely enjoy: helping people make sense of complicated financial and tax matters.

My responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining the general ledger and financial records, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, handling payroll, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, assisting with budgeting and cash-flow planning, maintaining tax and compliance records, and providing financial information that helps ownership make informed business decisions. That experience has given me an understanding of business that goes far beyond simply entering numbers into accounting software. I understand the importance of cash flow, organization, accurate records, deadlines, compliance, and having reliable financial information available when a business owner needs to make a decision.
