Contracted Youth Leader at Lawrence Community Works (2021-05 – 2024-04)
- Worked with a team of 8 others pulled from 3 different Non-Profit orgs (SquashBusters, Lawrence Community Works, Elevated Thought) to strategize effective methods of advertising and run workshop groups with volunteers from the community to help design concepts for a large mural.
- Directed and designed engaging advertisements and invitations for community events promoting local murals and new affordable housing built in the city.
- Recruited and coordinated performers (dancers, musicians, poets) to maintain a safe and entertaining environment for attendees as well as organized set list and rehearsals.
- Led creative activities for attendees, including painting and writing workshops with open discussions of important aspects of our minority-majority community such as race, class, and immigration.

Switchboard/Administrative Assistant at AgeSpan (FKA Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley) (2026-01 – Present)
- Manage high-volume operations, including opening/closing procedures, agency mail processing and handling daily security.
- Triage and process a high volume of inbound calls relating to services for those who are disabled and/or elderly with low income within established timelines, routing them to appropriate recipients, receiving up to 700 calls in one week.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor while processing all calls, including emergency situations, following agency protocols for contact with social workers and risk reports.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of agency staff/medical databases and staff contact procedures as well as managing projects for organizing mailrooms containing 400+ employee mailboxes.
- Managed several important projects such as: creating monthly scheduling of department seating and employee coverage, monitoring and documenting onboarding/offboarding of employees in a timely manner, and creating easy-to-understand documents for daily use by staff regarding department task procedures as well as visual aids for trainees.
- Daily use of medical databases shared by state Aging Services Access Points for mail, call, and fax processing while closely following HIPAA law and company privacy guidelines.
