Diego has been in the IT industry since 1989. Complimenting his business degree and IT studies, he has gained valuable experience working in areas such as software development, IT training and development, IT audit and compliance, IT technical support, patch management, incident response, and policy and procedure development. He currently provides assessment services to clients in the FedRAMP cloud environment evaluating their controls in light of NIST RMF and providing recommendations for improvement.
Diego's main industry experience is in government (Federal and State) with complimentary industry experience in the IT Services industry. Diego is a veteran of and has proudly served in the United States Coast Guard.
Experienced in IT assessment using the NIST Risk Management Framework. Experienced in FedRAMP assessment working as an auditor in a 3PAO organization.
