SALES: I provide Guidance and suggest the best products to our customers utilizing the customers needs, by creating open and close questions. As a Proficient Technician was more easy to create a sale.
Hiring and Training Process I provided to new employees making sure they exceed customers expectations.
I create Monthly Bonuses and commissions to upgrade/ compete in Sales events to employees to reach Store goals. Increase Google and Apple reviews utilizing employees.
