I have spent more than 12 years working in recruitment and talent evaluation, but soccer has always been the field that naturally captured my curiosity.
The way I watch the game goes beyond results: I enjoy studying players, tactical behaviors, decision-making, and the small details that explain performance.
I am now intentionally transitioning into the soccer industry, combining my experience in talent assessment with formal football education, including an Advanced Football Performance Analyst Certification by CONMEBOL and an ongoing Tactical Football Analysis Diploma from Barça Innovation Hub. I also run Gol Gana, a YouTube channel focused on tactical analysis, player evaluation, and match breakdowns in Peruvian football.
I am looking to contribute in soccer scouting, tactical analysis, performance analysis, player recruitment, or talent identification.
I currently work as a Recruitment Consultant for an RPO company. Previously I worked as Head of Talent Acquisition in a retail company.
