In my professional experience as a Business Analyst at Farheap Solutions, I managed various testing activities, including alpha testing, and created detailed bug reports. My responsibilities also included developing process flows, securing stakeholder approvals, and organizing architecture meetings. I also monitored development performance, led release planning, and conducted market research to support strategic decision-making.

I also previously worked as a Junior Software Analyst, where I gathered requirements, designed user interfaces, and documented processes. I also helped improve project outcomes by participating in agile development cycles and conducting quality assurance testing.

My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics in Banks and Insurance from the University of Prishtina. I am also certified in ICT & Digital Skills Training on Big Data Analytics.
