I’m a hospitality and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in luxury nightlife, restaurants, guest experience, and business development in Miami. Throughout my career I’ve worked with high-end venues, hotels, and lifestyle brands where I focused on operations, customer experience, team leadership, and building strong client relationships.
I’ve managed teams, helped grow brands, improved operational efficiency, and worked closely with ownership and management on revenue growth and guest satisfaction. I also have experience as an entrepreneur, owning and operating hospitality concepts and currently building a wellness and anti-aging business.
What makes me different is my ability to connect with people, stay calm in fast-paced environments, and create memorable guest experiences while keeping operations running smoothly. I understand luxury clientele, team culture, and the importance of attention to detail in hospitality.

I have over 20 years of experience in hospitality, operations, nightlife, and guest experience management in Miami. My background includes leadership positions with luxury hotels, nightlife venues, restaurants, and lifestyle brands where I focused on operations, team management, customer relations, and business development.
Most recently, I’ve been managing my own hospitality and wellness ventures through Fragoulias Group, overseeing branding, staffing, operations, marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. I also consulted with Faena Hotel on guest experience and nightlife operations, helping improve service standards and customer engagement.
Previously, I worked as VIP Director at Wall Lounge inside the W Hotel, where I managed high-profile client relationships, coordinated with management teams, supported operations, and helped drive customer retention and revenue growth.
I’ve also owned and operated hospitality venues including restaurants, supper clubs, and nightlife concepts in Miami, giving me hands-on experience in leadership, budgeting, staffing, vendor management, customer service, and daily operations.
Throughout my career, I’ve built strong communication and leadership skills while working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Major and graduated from Pratt institute with a bachelors degree architecture and a minor degree in fashion design designing
