Patient Care: Provide direct care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance for residents.
Mobility Support: Help residents move between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, reporting changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team.
Feeding Assistance: Deliver meals and assist residents with feeding as needed, following dietary requirements.
Emotional Support: Offer compassionate emotional support to residents and their families.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in accordance with facility policies.
Infection Control: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment.

Nurse Assistant - Colonial Oaks

Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Help residents with dressing and undressing.
Provide assistance with eating and monitor dietary intake.
Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
Support residents with mobility, including transfers between beds and wheelchairs.
Take and accurately record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and weight.
Observe residents for any physical or behavioral changes and report these to the nursing staff.
Contribute to the overall resident assessment and care plan.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of resident living areas.
Ensure residents have necessary supplies.
Adhere to infection control protocols.
Assist with keeping residents safe and comfortable.
Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families.
Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and other team members.
Promote resident independence and dignity.

School Based Division - Special Education - Amergis Healthcare Staffing

Administer medications, provide first aid and CPR, manage chronic health conditions, and respond to medical emergencies.
Conduct health screenings, assess student health needs, and contribute to the development of IHCPs and the IEP, identifying necessary health services and accommodations.
Serve as a liaison between students, families, teachers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure students receive necessary support in the least restrictive environment.
Educate students and staff on health topics, disease prevention, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain accurate and confidential student health records, including medication administration logs, accident/incident reports, and special needs encounters.
Attend to the feeding need of younger kids with GI tubes.
