As a Scrum Master, I facilitate Agile processes for cross-functional development teams, ensuring efficient and collaborative sprint cycles. I lead key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and focused on delivering high-quality products. I work closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine the product backlog and ensure development efforts align with business goals.

I am an experienced software developer and part-time Scrum Master specializing in Android development and Agile methodologies. Over the years, I have built and maintained mobile applications using Java, Kotlin, and React Native, aligning development efforts with business objectives and product roadmaps. In my Scrum Master role, I facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and high-quality product deliveries.

I also collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, lead code reviews, and implement automated testing for continuous integration and delivery pipelines, all aimed at maintaining and improving product quality.

I hold a degree in Computer Science, which provided me with a strong foundation in software development, programming languages, and problem-solving skills. My education included coursework in mobile application development, software engineering principles, and Agile methodologies, all of which are directly relevant to my work as a software developer and Scrum Master. Additionally, I have pursued certifications and training in Scrum and Agile practices to enhance my expertise in leading and facilitating development teams effectively.
