I am determined to gradually take on courses and obstacles that’s out of my comfort zone. I love learning new skills and becoming knowledgeable about any skills thats new to me. I love working with staff that don‘t mind working as a team and I love the fact that my customers service experience allowed me to communicate with customers on a professional level. I’m a determined mother, child, sister, friend and colleague.

I’ve been in the customer service business for 15 years I started from working at Sonic, Walmart, call center and I went to school to become a medical assistant.

My most relevant education was going to school to be a medical assistant.
