I am currently the crusher foreman and I oversee the operations of the plant as well as the maintenance of the plant. I work closely with quality control to ensure that we are producing a good product. I also have to walk with msha inspectors to show them that we are compliant. I also work closely with the safety management team to address any potential safety issues. I do most of the welding on the plant. I started my foreman role in July 2018.
