- Responsible for the entirety of the safety and environmental program for staff, contract employees and inmates.
- Responsible for maintaining and processing all OWCP claims.
- Conducted quarterly audits of the safety program, reported findings, and recommended improvements.
- Presented monthly safety inspections to upper management and CEO.
- Ensured compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations. Answering several NOVs from OSHA, NIOSH and TCEQ resulting in zero fines.
- Conducted two Program Reviews of other institutions as well as receiving an excellent program review.
- Managed three safety specialists, one OWCP specialist and one environmental specialist.
