Well, it comes down to first being reliable. Being a reliable person puts you aside from everyone else when u can be counted on to get the job done while also keeping a great attitude & providing a comfortable space/workplace for everyone around you. I also believe that holding yourself accountable for your actions is one of the biggest steps to understanding that you are not perfect & making a mistake is just apart of the progress.
