I am a chef and Iove to cook. Cooking is a passion and I love experimenting with all cultures. I can take any recipe, make it my own even better. Food is love and servicing people is happiness. Nothing warms my heart more than someone enjoying a meal I prepared.
I have been cooking since I was 9. I owned a restaurant for 10 years. I served country cooking with a twist. Homemade baked goods. All foods were prepared from scratch and with fresh veggies. I never use frozen, can or processed.
Not even at home. I always use fresh, natural products. Currently I am working as an Executive Chef for BI Production. I have been with them for 2 years. I Plan and direct food preparation. Overseas the entire kitchen.
Create new menus and ensure that dishes are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality standard. Estimate food requirements and cost and manage all kitchen equipment.
