Technical Manager at Masque Sound (2013-01 – Present)

• Programmed new AP tests for new Equipment on both Audio Precision ATS-2 and APx515

• Helped Project managers with substitutions and purchasing.
• Assisted Purchasing department with finding availability of equipment when needed.
• Programmed Qlab for shop bells and whistles as well as pre-recorded announcements.
• Made Purchasing requests for New equipment to cycle our equipment forward.
• Training Technicians under me in Service Repair work, AP Technicians, Video Technicians and various repairs.

Service Repair Manager at Masque Sound (2012-01 – 2013-12)

• Repaired Headsets
• QCed Lavalier microphones
• Reterminated Lavalier microphones Lemo and TA4F Connectors.
• Cleaned Faders
• QCed Consoles as needed.

AP Technician at Masque Sound (2010-01 – 2012-12)

• Cleaned and Tested Audio Equipment including Amps, DSPs, Mixers, DI Boxes, etc.
• Wrote tests for Audio Precision ATS-2 Based on original code by Gary Stocker.
• Troubleshooting usage issues for equipment tested.
• Simple repairs for equipment, replacing connectors, loose contacts, and cable repairs.
• Worked with Project Managers to help substitute equipment based on availability and usage.
• Filled in for other QC departments as needed including Com, Video, Speakers, and Cable QC.
