I have 35 combined years of experience in the field of accounting in the provision of chief financial accountant duties, as well as a doctoral educator.
Bringing thirty-five years of combined practitioner and scholarly experience into the medical field, for the purpose of ensuring that the provision of services, is available for all patients, regardless of the individual’s ability to pay. My experience, as a finance officer at Lenoir County Mental Health, and an accounting supervisor for the Department of Health and Human Services’ Eastern Controller’s Office, has prepared me for the position of Controller at Kinston Community Health Center. I am a detail-oriented professional, dedicated to the protection of patients and the provision of optimal services through the finance component of the agency.
