Built on Salesforce as a PaaS; achieved national Salesforce partner status in India with 25+ certified developers. Successfully sold the company in 2025.

• Designed and scaled a modular, multi-tenant SaaS platform covering registration, mobile check-in, badge printing, session tracking, AI matchmaking, and analytics—serving 3,000+ enterprise clients across 50+ countries.
• Built a centralized data and intelligence ecosystem: architected AI matchmaking using NLP (spaCy, scikit-learn), RAG pipelines, vector search (Pinecone), and agentic workflows to deliver real-time attendee insights.
• Drove workflow automation across the full event lifecycle—exception-based delivery, real-time onsite operations, and AI-assisted check-in—reducing manual effort by 70%+ at large-scale events.
• Established firm-wide data strategy: ingestion → chunking → embedding → retrieval → human-in-the-loop review pipeline; deployed voice/chat AI assistants on iOS and Android using OpenAI APIs and Twilio/WhatsApp. Built AI agents using Claude, AWS Bedrock, and Codex.
• Defined build-vs-buy decisions across the platform stack (Salesforce PaaS, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Pinecone); led cross-functional teams across product, data, mobile, and engineering.
• Achieved national Salesforce partner status in India; built and certified 25+ Salesforce developers; integrated ERP-grade workflows within the platform.
• Led multi-year product and platform roadmaps; aligned engineering, product, and sales; successfully negotiated and closed platform acquisition in 2025.

Co-founded GlobalNest LLC as an IT consulting and technology services firm. Scaled from $0 to $10 million in less than 3 years. Following the launch of Eventdex, strategically shifted primary focus toward SaaS product development while maintaining GlobalNest as a venture incubation and advisory platform.
