Self-funded healthcare operating and investment platform (entrepreneurship-through-acquisition) for pediatric private-duty nursing (PDN) and medically complex home care.

• Acquired the Access EHR outright via carve-out — 31 years of pediatric PDN clinical logic and 100,000+ lines of code; led full technical discovery (~480 tables, ~960 queries, ~480 forms, 2,700+ pages) to decompose the legacy system for modern rebuild.
• Conceived and lead the build of HeartPulse, an AI-enabled clinical operating system that turns the static CMS485 plan of care into a continuously monitored, interoperable, auditable pathway — coordinating nursing, DME, and pharmacy around one child at home.
• Architected a unified clinical ontology mapping the managed-care data lifecycle end-to-end — member/enrollee, provider network, service authorization (DMAS-62 to authorized hours), CMS-485 plan of care, and claims.
• Established device interoperability through a read-only ventilator API (Breas Vivo 45 LS) under a signed statement of work; validated order-vs-delivered data and moved to live production reporting.
• Direct strategy, business development, fundraising, and compliance; lead multidisciplinary teams across clinical, operations, security/compliance, and engineering.
• HeartPulse remains under Stanford School of Medicine and is currently still ideating for further development and continued research.

Area Vice President of Operations - Aveanna Healthcare - Tulsa, OK

• Retained as the key integration leader following Aveanna's acquisition of Preferred Pediatric; directed clinical, operational, and technology integration across 15 operations in 8 states (OK, MO, IL, SD, NE, IA, MN, WI).
• Led cross-functional teams spanning clinical, operational, financial, marketing, HR, and IT; standardized policies, procedures, and systems to the enterprise operating model while sustaining continuity of care.
• Optimized budgets and resource utilization across the territory; ran quarterly site reviews monitoring KPIs and regulatory and clinical compliance across all locations.

Chief Operating Officer - Preferred Pediatric Home Healthcare - Tulsa, OK

Oklahoma's largest pediatric home health provider; multi-state operations (OK, MO, IL) across PDN, DME, medical supply, pharmacy, and hospice. COO (2018–2020); progressed from Branch & Regional Administrator (2015–2018)

• Grew annual revenue from ~$45M to ~$80M while overseeing daily operations supporting ~1,500 medically complex pediatric patients (450 PDN/home health; 1,000+ DME and medical supply).
• Led a workforce of 1,000+ across nursing, clinical, and operations; surpassed 1,000,000 billable care hours in 2019 — a company record.
• Increased full-continuity "one-stop" service census from <30% to >85% by integrating nursing, DME, and supply for seamless hospital-to-home admissions.
• Launched the "Kids Without a Nurse" initiative — staffing >90% of active PDN/home health patients with a nurse weekly, directly attacking the authorized-vs-delivered nursing gap that drives this population's risk.
• As Regional Administrator, turned around the at-risk Oklahoma City branch and won an Oklahoma Health Care Authority reimbursement appeal, raising PDN rates from $24.20 to $34.00/hour; secured a preferred-provider partnership with The Children's Center.
