Taught introductory through advanced sailing theory and boat handling skills to ages 7 to adult. Demonstrated and instructed how to sail efficiently and comfortably in Optimists, RS Teras and F dinghies.

• Managed communication with participants, parents, and staff and led daily site operations. Supported resolving incidents on and off the water, while keeping spaces organised and multiple camp programs running effectively.
