Monitor, operate, and maintain computerized safety control systems for high pressure steam boilers, chillers, air conditioners, medical gas, and vacuum. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs.

Conduct walk-throughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structures of the hospital, all mechanical (Boilers, HVAC systems.
