I’m a hands-on construction and operations professional with experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, drainage, excavation, project coordination, and field leadership. I’ve worked my way from the field into supervisory and management roles, which has given me a strong understanding of both the technical side of the work and what it takes to lead crews, manage projects, and take care of customers.

I enjoy solving problems, developing employees, improving processes, and helping teams become more efficient and accountable. My leadership style is straightforward and practical—I believe in setting clear expectations, leading by example, and never asking a crew to do something I wouldn’t be willing to do myself.

I have experience with crew training, production scheduling, jobsite inspections, quality control, customer concerns, warranty work, estimating, and day-to-day field operations. I also hold OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications and place a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
